Who's Cashew anyway?

I didn't know that these nuts were named after an actual person - Halley's Comet, Stephenson's Rocket etc.

lax attitute to gravlax

Can this spelling really be this lax? I have checked to make sure it is not a legitimate spelling in another language (see Wikipedia page). I'm not even sure if it's a C or a G at the start but I am sure that it refers to Gravlax. 

Update: I have found that it is the Danish spelling and is correct! (see this page). Still worth leaving in with my apologies to the sign-writer.

Now they are in Devon surely it should be Gravverlacks or Gravvy Lacks or any variation...
